| Curious, open-minded and with a great empathy brings Edwin Lieftink ideas to life. Edwin is currently Consultant User eXperience at Tieto where he create for large companies seamlessly customer contacts across different service channels, to consist the 'moments of truth' in every customer interaction. Previously, Edwin worked as an interaction designer at Centric Retail Solutions where he led the design of new products (such as DynaVision FullTouch, Mobile Office, Payment Point, and the Personal Shopping Assistant). He also founded IDz, a design consultancy and hold a MA in interaction design from the Utrecht School of Arts. His graduation work focused on tangible input devices as well as playful interaction. Edwin is passionate about Service Design, Business Model Canvas, Visual thinking, Ubiquitous Computing ("The Internet Of Things"), Location Based Services and Augmented Reality– topics he loves to talk about.
